HOST HOME. Enjoy complimentary refreshments as you explore the rich history of the gardens at The Alexandre Mouton Home and Museum. Admire the 200+ yr old oak which overlooks the newly refreshed landscape. Sit for a while on the historic benches, take in the beauty of the property and imagine how lovely it must have been for the Mouton family to spend Sunday afternoons here so many years ago.

5. ALEXANDRE MOUTON HOME

A Walk in Time

This delightful garden is full of exotic and rare blooms that the homeowners have collected from their travels. This garden is loaded - front and back - with blooming annuals and perennials, lush garden veggies and mature blueberry bushes. Many of the flowers are subjects of homeowner Nancy's award-winning photographs.

3. BILL & NANCY CRAYS

Well Hello, Dahlia!

This garden has it all. From the amazing artwork and incredible Italian cypress to the elegant evergreen olive trees, this garden is a must-see! You are certain to be inspired.

1. JAMES DAUZART

Garden of Earthly Delights

Take your time here and enjoy this truly tranquil space. The gardens are a shady oasis displaying several different varieties of ferns, huge elephant ears, brick paths and bubbling fountains. The tree-filled backyard and the enchanting fishpond with its “ bridge to nowhere” is a delight to kids and pets alike. A special element front and center are the groupings of delicate Abbeville Red Irises which originally sprang up in a swamp on Perrin family property in Vermilion Parish perhaps hundreds of years ago.

4. WARREN & MARY PERRIN

Tranquil Spaces

Stroll through the English style landscape that is packed full of colorful annuals. Appreciate Jean's living and loving tribute to the beloved friends and family members who contributed to the design of this unique landscape.
